Pursuant to DM-CI-2020-00080 captioned above, this Division hereby provides the field with a copy of the DepEd Memorandum to reiterate the provision of DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018 regarding the age qualification of kindergarten learners and the guidelines on the administration of the Philippine Early Childhood Development (ECD) Assessment Checklist for SY 2020- 2021 in the light of COVID-19 Pandemic.
