1. With the aim to empower government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward HR excellence, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñias will hold the Division Orientation on Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) on February 6-7, 2020 at Bayleaf, General Trias, Cavite.
2. Participants to this seminar- workshop are CSDO personnel and school heads of public elementary and secondary high school (Please see enclosure no. I for the list of participants and facilitators).
3. Funds to be used for the activity will be charged against Division GASS fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
4. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
