1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 29 s. 2018 regarding the Policy on the Implementation of Multi-Factored Assessment Tool (MFAT) to assess Grade I learners enrolled in regular schools who may exhibit developmental advancement or delays or have manifestations of learning disability, this Office hereby informs the field of the conduct of the Division Training of Teachers on Multi – Factored Assessment Tool on June 19-21, 2019 at Bulwagang Sigasig, Dasmariflas City. The activity aims to orient and train participants on the use of the Multi-Factored Assessment Tools (MFAT).
2. Participants to this training are selected Grade I Teachers and School Guidance Counselors in the 28 elementary schools in the Division of Dasmarifias City. Attached to this Memorandum are the list of participants, matrix of activities, and the opening and closing program.
3. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for this activity shall be charged from the HRTD fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
