1. Authority is hereby granted to Miguel Melendres, Senior Education Program Specialist of Social Mobilization and Networking Section, to conduct in-person meeting on February 10, 2025, 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO.
2. The attendees at this meeting will be the old and newly designated Adopt-a-School Coordinators from public schools who will also be the School DepEd Partnership Database System (DPDS) Focal Person who will manage the school DPDS account.
3. Strictly no proxies or representatives are allowed. School Heads are expected to designate Adopt-a-School Coordinator/DepEd Partnership Database System (DPDS) Focal Person who are non-teaching personnel and shall update the Partnership and Linkages Database through the given link:

4. Moreover, participants are advised to bring laptop and shall know the school official email address and DepEd Database Partnership System (DPDS) school password.
5. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
6. Travel expenses and other incidental expenses of participants shall be charged to Local Funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
