1. Relative to the National Budget Circular No. 597, dated January 20, 2025, effective January 01, 2025, this Office informs the field on the submission of Notice of Salary Adjustment (NOSA) which shall be submitted until February 14, 2025.
2. In line with the preparation and submission of the Notice of Salary Adjustment, the template is accessible through this link: https://bit.ly/NOSA_2025.
3. It is directed that all forms to be accomplished for the preparation of NOSA shall be uniform across all schools, in accordance with DepEd Order 030, s. 2019 titled “The Department of Education Manual of Style”. Each school shall submit two (2) copies of NOSA.
4. Further, it is expected that the records of employees in other agencies shall also be updated. Hence, the proof of Government Service Insurance System – Agency Remittance Advice (GSIS – ARA) shall be attached together with the NOSA.
5. Attached is a copy of the Memorandum for the reference of all concerned.
