1. Pursuant to OM-OAGA-20 19-00147 re: Monitoring of June 2019 Opening of ALS Classes dated May 23, 2019, this Office announces the conduct of monitoring of opening of classes in Alternative Learning system (ALS) on June 3-7, 2019 in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. The objective of this activity is to monitor the implementation of Life Skills Program, FLT administration, and gather other important data relative to ALS program implementation.
3. Enclosure 1 presents the list of ALS Task Force of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas as the monitoring officials together with the assigned PSDS in each cluster. Enclosure 2 presents the schedule of monitoring in the different Community Learning Centers (CLC).
4. It is encouraged that the monitoring officials carefully document and really see the actual scenarios during the opening of classes. Monitoring officials are expected to use the designed monitoring tool for opening of classes (see Enclosure 3).
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
