1. In reference to Memorandum DM-CT-2024-025 dated January 23, 2024 entitled “Reiteration of DepEd Memorandum No. 22 S. 2023 as Basis on the Conduct of Presentation Portfolio Assessment For ALS Accreditation And Equivalency Elementary And Junior High School Learners For School Year 2022-2023,” the field is hereby advised on the schedule of presentation portfolio assessment in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. Initial assessment (Phase I) has been conducted since February 01, 2024 and will end on February 23, 2024. The ALS Teacher/ Community ALS Implementor/Learning Facilitator were tasked to check the completeness and authenticity of all the required documents in the Presentation Portfolio.
3. District validation (Phase II) shall be conducted from February 26 to March 15, 2024. This phase will be held in the identified Community Learning Centers.
4. Final assessment (Phase III) shall be conducted from March 16 to April 15, 2024. This will be held at the ALS Office with the presence of the ALS Teacher/Community ALS Implementor/Learning Facilitator together with the District Validators.
5. Inter-District Revalida (Phase IV) shall be conducted from April 16 to May 15, 2024 in selected Community Learning Centers.
6. Enclosed are the assigned district validators and the schedule of activities.
