2. Attached herewith is the schedule of Medical and Dental Health Inspection from June 2019 to August 2019, along with the schedule and parental consent of the first dose of Deworming on July 2019.
3. Refer to DepEd Memorandum No. 80, s. 2015 for the Guidelines on the Implementation of Deworming. As stated in the guidelines, the school teachers and clinic teachers should administer the deworming drugs in the presence of a health personnel.
