In ensuring the technical proficiency of the newly assigned Adopt-a-School Program Coordinators and in harnessing the newly assigned School Brigada Eskwela Focal Persons entrusted by the school heads to assist during the conduct of the program, this Division Office, through the Social Mobilization and Networking Unit, shall initiate a Quickstart Forum that will equip the abovecited groups with basic functions, technical approaches, and best practices essential in the performance of their respective assignments.
2. The Quickstart Forum shall be organized when a newly appointed coordinator is assigned by a school head in conformity with other existing issuances as an initial upskilling of the coordinator. With the following topic outline:
