1. In preparation for the anticipated performance of the Dasmarinas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) in the Regional Management Committee Meeting, the group shall have a rehearsal at the Division Library on the following schedules:

2. Attendance is a must. Enclosed in this memorandum is the list of participating members.
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
