1. In reference to the Department of Education – National Employees’ Union (DepEd NEU) Memorandum dated January 28, 2026 re. the Updating of National, Regional and Division NEU Officers, and pursuant to the DepEd NEU Constitution and By-Laws, Article V, Section 2, this Division shall conduct the DepEd NEU Division Chapter Election and General Assembly on February 4, 2026, 3:00 PM, at the NCST Multipurpose Hall, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite.
2. Participants in this activity are all permanent non-teaching personnel from public elementary schools, secondary schools, and the Division Office. (Annex A)
3. This activity aims to ensure the accuracy, legitimacy, and proper representation of duly elected Division NEU Officers, in support of effective coordination, communication, and compliance with the Union’s Constitution and By-Laws, consistent with the directives of the National Office.
4. The Division Executive Officers shall be composed of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Public Relations Officer, two (2) Project Managers.
5. Personnel who wish to be apply as candidate must submit their Certificate of Candidacy (COC) upon registration on the day of the General assembly and Election. (Annex B)
