1. In preparation for the 2023 Regional Athletic Association Meet, this Office directs all the athletes, chaperons, coaches, and sports officials to report to its billeting quarter- Dasmarinas II Central School on March 24, 2023 at 7:00 in the morning.
2. On the other hand, Dasmarinas City baseball and softball contingents shall start to be billeted starting March 23, 2023 at Ladislao Diwa Elementary School.
3. It is understood that athletes and coaches shall report immediately to their respective trainings after their slated competitions on March 24-26, 2023, April 1-2, and April 15, 2023.
4. Further, school heads are directed to make necessary arrangements and are advised to ensure that class schedules and contact time will not be affected. Teachers are directed to aid athletes to ensure that learners will not miss any classroom activities, tasks, and assessments.
