1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 095, s. 2024, Additional Schedules of Journalism Training, there will be another set of schedules of training for the following categories:

2. Parental consent allowing the learners to attend the training must be secured.
3. School Heads are advised to make necessary arrangements to ensure that time-on-task will be observed in the classes handled by the teachers/school paper advisers involved. Likewise, a modular modality shall be implemented for the learners participating in the activity.
4. Transportation costs of the participants related to their attendance to this training and the contest shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Participants from private schools shall make necessary arrangements with their institutions regarding their training/ conference attendance.
5. Food costs of the Division trainers shall be charged against the Division journalism fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations while food costs, travel expenses, and incidental expenses of the campus journalists (including those who will have live-in training) shall be charged against school funds.
