1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 114 s. 2026 titled General Assembly and Election of DepEd NEU Division Executive Officers which shall be conducted on February 04, 2026, 3:00 PM, at the National College Science and Technology (NCST) Multipurpose Hall, Dasmarinas City, this Office announces the adoption of a Skeletal Work Force (SWF) arrangement for all participants on February 04, 2026 from 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM to give time for the attendance in the activity.
2. Chiefs of Functional Divisions, Unit Heads and School Heads shall ensure continuity of public service productivity is maintained to stakeholders and remain uninterrupted. Job Order / Contract of Service employees shall remain onsite and attend to stakeholders concerns while the SWF arrangement is in place.
3. All participants are enjoined to bring their accomplished locator slip which will serve as their Travel Authority.
