1. As discussed on the Reorientation on Functions of DepEd Verifiers, and Guidelines and Procedures for the Verification of Net Take-Home Pay (NTHP) for Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS) Transactions held on April 29, 2022, attached to this Memorandum is the Updated List of Designated Verifiers.
2. All emails relative to verification of loans, insurance premia, and membership dues/contributions, shall be sent/ forwarded to the designated Verifiers effective May 2, 2022.
3. The updated guidelines and procedures for the Verification of Net Take-Home Pay (NTHP) for APDS Transactions shall be issued on a separate memorandum.
