1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will hold the Oath taking Ceremonies of Newly Promoted Teaching and Non- Teaching Personnel on February 7, 2020 at 6 o’clock in the afternoon at Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias, Cavite.
2. This program aims to honor and recognize newly promoted teaching and non- teaching personnel.
3. Participants to this activity are the selected City Schools Division of Dasmariñas Employees, public elementary and secondary school heads, and newly promoted teaching and non- teaching personnel (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants).
4. Participants are advised to come in their formal attire.
5. Early dinner will be served during the event.
6. Funds to be used for the activity will be charged against Division MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing procedure.
7. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
