1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017 known as the Research Management Guidelines which provides support in research dissemination, utilization, and advocacy, this Office, through
the Planning and Research Unit of School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD, creates
mechanisms to coordinate all research initiatives and activities from the division level to school
level.
2. In this regard, the field is hereby informed on the designation of the School Research
Coordinators for two (2) consecutive school years, SY 2022-2023 and SY 2023-2024 effective
March 30, 2023.
3. The School Research Coordinator will assume the following duties and responsibilities of research management in the school level, but is not limited to:
