1. This Memorandum issues the SDO Dasmariñas City ICT Maintenance and Monitoring Plan for Calendar Year 2026, establishing Division-wide standards for ICT operations, maintenance, infrastructure monitoring, asset management, and DCP oversight in alignment with DepEd ICT governance policies. The plan strengthens ICT security, enhances service uptime, and introduces uniform preventive maintenance procedures for both Division Office-managed ICT assets and school-based devices.
2. All 45 schools under the Schools Division Office of Dasmariñas City are required to prepare and submit their School ICT Maintenance Plan and DCP Inventory for CY 2026.
The school plan shall include:
• DCP device monitoring and maintenance arrangements
• ICT asset inventory and weekly PM schedules
• Security, backup, and documentation processes
• School ICT organizational structure
• Reporting and escalation procedures
Deadline of Submission: Feb 27, 2026
Non-submission will be reflected in the DCP Compliance Dashboard and reported to PSDS and SDO management.
