1. Relative to the establishment of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, this Office informs the field of the registered processes of the CSDO functional offices and units.
2. To date, the CSDO has a total of 109 registered processes, which are enumerated in the enclosed list.
