1. Authority is hereby granted to NOEL D. ANCIADO, Education Program Supervisor, to conduct the Quarter 1 Division English Consultative Meeting on February 22, 2024 at 1:30 P.M. at Sigasig Building, CSDO Dasmarinas.
2. The activity aims to discuss the following agenda:
a. Issues and Concerns in the Implementation of Catch-Up Fridays
b. Division Festival of Talents (Read-a-Thon)
c. Updates on RSPC 2024
d. Other Matters
3. The participants in this meeting are the English Key/Head Teachers of elementary and secondary (JHS) schools.
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
6. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
