1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 55, s. 2010, titled Policies and Guidelines on Strengthening Science and Mathematics Education at the Secondary Level; DepEd Order No. 57, s. 2011, titled “Policy Guidelines in the Implementation of Special Science Elementary Schools (SSES)Project”; and SY 2022-2023 Division Science Education Program Workplan, this Office announces the conduct of 2023 Division Monitoring of Special Curricular Program (SCP) in Science.
2. This activity aims to:
a) monitor the selected schools’ implementation of SCP in Science;
b) provide technical assistance to schools that intend to offer SCP in Science; and
c) gather comments, suggestions, and information on SCP implementers’ practices for continuous improvement.
