1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 403 s. 2016, this office will conduct a Conference and Program Refinement on School – to – School Partnership Program Implementation on December 16, 2016 1:00 P.M. at the Conference Room of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. The participants to this activity are the school heads and SSPP Focal Persons of both the Leader Schools and Partner Schools.
3. This activity aims to: a. Showcase School-to School Partnership status base on Monitoring and Validation b. Conduct appraisal and recounting on Schools Work Financial Plan (Target versus Accomplishment) c. Hold Focus Group Discussion and address issues and concerns on SSPP d. Refine program activities through provision of Technical Assistance on gaps
4. in addition to this, all participants are requested to bring the following:
a. Laptop
b. Approved Work and Financial Plan
c. Liquidation Reports
d. Accomplishment Reports (to be accomplished by the Leader School following the attached template)
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
