1. With reference to DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2021, Policy Guidelines on the Provision of Educational Programs and Services for Learners with Disabilities in the K to 12 Basic Education Program, this office announces the conduct of Division Onsite Monitoring on the Implementation of Special Education Programs and Services for Learners with Disabilities on May 9, 2023.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Monitor the implementation of Special Education Programs in the different implementing schools in Elementary and Secondary; and
b. Gather suggestions and best practices on the implementation of Special Education Programs for Learners with Disabilities for continuous improvement.
c. Conduct survey to teachers teaching SPED to gather their needs and address challenges for a more improved instructional delivery.
