1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 273 s. 2016 that aims to ensure compliance with standards of quality basic education by assessing, monitoring and evaluating the division, schools and learning centers’ performances to inform decision making and guide policy directions in the division towards continuous improvement in the delivery of quality education division services to support basic education and organizational performance, this Division will be holding the Conduct of Capacity Building on MEA for School Heads and School Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator on August 15-16, 2019, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. at the NCST Auditorium.
2. Participants to this activity are School heads, School Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, Division Office Public School District Supervisor, Education Program Supervisors, School Governance and Operations Division personnel and selected OSDS personnel (please see attached list).
3. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
