1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum entitled “Recognizing the Outstanding Achievement of the TLE Head Teachers, EPP, TLE and TVL Teachers” dated August 2, 2016 with addendum dated August 15, 2016 and January 24,2017; and in line with the approved Banner Project entitled “Oplan Pagpapaunlad Kasanayan”; the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas is proud to announce the conduct of 2019 GAWAD PANSANGAY TAGAMASID that will take place on school-based celebration of Teacher’s Day in October this year. Exact date for this activity and the qualified awardees will be announced on a separate Memorandum.
2. In preparation for this activity, all EPP, TLE, TVL teachers, and Head Teachers who are qualified to the said award are hereby requested to submit the following documents to the Division Office on or before July 26, 2019 for VALIDATION purposes:
