1. Under DepEd Order 009, s. 2021 or the Institutionalization of a Quality Management System (QMS) provides that all Department governance levels shall establish a quality management system consistent with the NQMS. Each school shall be provided with coaches who will assist them as they establish their QMS.
2. In this regard, this Office issues the reconstruction of division personnel in charge of the establishment of the National Quality Management System (NQMS) who will act as coaches of schools in line with the implementation of the above-mentioned management system.
3. Hence, division coaches shall oversee and provide technical assistance to schools on the following activities related to the implementation of the NQMS and DM 014, s. 2022 Procedures and Work Instructions Manual (PAWIM):
