1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 083, s. 2019, all elementary and secondary public schools are directed to observe the Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd One Health Week from July 22-26, 2019.
2. Attached is a copy of the said memorandum and DepEd Order No. 28, s. 2018.
3. A narrative report of the conducted activities and properly captioned photos must be submitted to the Health and Nutrition Unit via e-mail at hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before August 9, 2019.
