1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No.867 s. 2024 re: Announcement on the Conduct of the 2025 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, announces the Division Delegation for the 2025 RFOT on February 24-28,2025 in Tanza, Cavite.
2. The enclosed document provides the official list of the regional delegation.
a. Enclosure no.1 – Complete list of winners in all categories per learning area, along with the respective school coaches, school principals, and division personnel.
3. Transportation, food, and other incidental expenses incurred by participants in relation to their attendance at the contest shall be charged to local funds, MOOE, or other available funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. School Heads must ensure compliance with Division Memorandum No. 045, s. 2025, particularly regarding academic considerations for participants. Learners’ grades should not be lower than their previous grading period.
