1. In its continuous effort to recognize the value of partnerships and volunteerism in education, which is reflected in the successful implementation of the Adopt-a-School Program and Brigada Eskwela, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will conduct the 2018 Gawad Bayanihan on October 11, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m at Westhill International School Auditorium, Dasmariñas City.
2. Gawad Bayanihan shall highlight the best practices of partnership building and resource mobilization in schools by giving recognition to the outstanding implementers of Brigada Eskwela 2018 and the Adopt-a-School Program. Likewise, private companies, non-government organizations and civic groups that have been partners of the schools in the Division shall be acknowledged.
3. The attendees to the 2018 Gawad Bayanihan are the School Heads, ASP Coordinators, ASP Partner Awardees, Division PTA Federation Officers, Barangay Captains, and Division Unit Heads. Attendees and guests are expected to be in Filipiniana attire.
4. Enclosed herewith are the following documents:
a. Gawad Bayanihan 2018 Working Committee
b. Nomination Form for Adopt-a-School Program Partner Awardees
c. Selection Criteria for Outstanding Adopt-a-School Program Practices
d. Adopt-a-School Program Accomplishment Form
5. All schools are required to submit the accomplished Nomination Form on Adopt-a-School Program Partner Awardees (Enclosure No. 2), and the Adopt-a-School Program Accomplishment Form (Enclosure No. 4) to the Social Mobilization and Networking Section on or before September 21, 2018.
