1. With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 357, s. 2021 issued on August 2, 2021, this Office hereby provides the attached copy of the issuance to all private institutions to reiterate that pursuant to Regional Memo No.288, s. 2021, all private schools intending to start the opening of classes for School Year 2021-2022 shall promptly submit the necessary requirements essential for the applied new or renewal of government permit.
2. However, the imposition of community quarantine tends to limit mobilization and hinders the continuous processing of documentary requirements. As a result, there are still private schools with pending issuance of government permit.
3. With this unavoidable circumstance, all concerned are directed to be guided by this Regional issuance. Details of the guidelines are indicated in Annex 1.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
