Relative to DepEd Order No. 013, series 2020, which ensures all private elementary and secondary schools to carry out adequate preparations for the opening of classes for School Year 2020-2021 in light of COVID-19 measures, this Office provides a copy of the attached issuance to shed light on the Readiness Assessment Checklist for Learning Modalities in the Learning Continuity Plan of Private Schools.
