1. This is to inform the field of the conduct of the Monitoring of the Implementation of the Homeroom Guidance (HG) Program relative to DM-OUCI-2021-346, Revised Implementation of Homeroom Guidance during Crisis Situation, and the Unnumbered Division Memorandum dated January 6, 2022 titled Intensifying Homeroom Guidance Monitoring, Evaluation, and Technical Assistance.
2. The monitoring shall be conducted by the Public School District Supervisors (PSDSs) and the Parent Supervisors within the period of March 10-20, 2026. The specific schedule shall be arranged between the school and the assigned supervisors to avoid conflicts with other school or division activities. Monitoring may be conducted on-site or virtual, depending on the modality selected by the school and supervisors.
3. Attached herewith is the Monitoring Tool to be used. Supervisors are requested to encode the result of their monitoring in the CID Microsite/Homeroom Guidance Program and upload relevant copies of MOVs.
