1. In an effort to ensure that the assessed development needs of teaching and non-teaching personnel of the school are addressed by the trainings the schools propose, all public elementary and secondary schools are hereby directed to submit the School Development Plan (summary generated from E-SAT and the manually analyzed IPCRF Part IV for Teaching Related and Non-Teaching Personnel) on or before July 20, 2019.
2. The School Development Plan must be encoded on the link https://bit.ly/2xQGJZ8. An instruction and example are given at the topmost part of every online sheet to guide the schools in encoding. There are three (3) spreadsheets on the link: two (2) are for teaching competencies and core behavioral objectives of teaching personnel and one (I) for teaching related/nonteaching personnel.
3. The database to be established shall serve as one of the bases of HRD in endorsing for approval any school initiated training proposal.
