In reference to the Memorandum OM-OAGA-2021-120 dated July 29, 2021 issued by the Assistant Secretary for Alternative Learning System Program and Task Force titled: ASSIGNMENT OF ALS PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATE NUMBER FOR SY 2019-2020 AND PREVIOUS YEARS ALS ELEMENTARY AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETERS, the field is hereby advised on the Presentation Portfolio Assessment Certificate Number of the Elementary and Junior High School completers in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas that shall be used in relation to their respective A&E COR number.

2. Enclosed is the list of passers with their Presentation Portfolio Assessment Rating, Name of Community Learning Center (CLC), and their Portfolio Certificate Number.
