1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 94 s. 2025, titled “Request for Collection, Consolidation, and Validation of Bullying Incidents Involving Learners Aged Thirteen (13) to Sixteen (16) for SY 2023-2024”, this Division requests the assistance of all public and private School Heads and School Guidance Counselors/Designates in the ongoing collection, consolidation, and validation of Bullying incidents involving learners aged 13 to 16 for SY 2023-2024.
2. The activity aims to consistently keep and maintain statistics on learner rights and protection issues and concerns. The data to be collected and consolidated are as follows:
a. Number of learner victims of bullying aged 13 to 16 from SY 2023-2024
b. Number of learner bullies aged 13 to 16 from SY 2023-2024
c. Number of bullying incidents involving learners aged 13 to 16 from SY 2023-2024
