1. On July 16, 2019, the Regional Office through Director Carlito D. Rocafort, Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the Regional Director, issued the Guidelines on the Complaint/Report filed against Private Schools in DepEd Calabarzon.
2. The said guidelines were issued to clarify the quasi-judicial functions and processes of DepEd
Regional Office in exercising reasonable supervision and regulation of private schools.
3. For reference on the procedure and requirements, a copy of the guidelines is herein attached.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
