1. As part of this Division’s collective effort to maintain Quality Management System, the field
is hereby informed of the second point of contact for key personnel to ensure internminable delivery of quality basic education support services.
2. This effort is to ensure that key processes and frontline services of the division office remains
steadfast in spite of untoward cases where a key official\personnel takes a leave whether planned or unplanned.
