1. On August 03, 2020, Division Memorandum No. 150, s. 2020 re: Work Arrangement of DepEd Dasmaritlas Personnel under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) and Reiteration of Safety and Health Standards under DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2020 was issued.
2. On August 05, 2020, DepEd Central Office through Undersecretary Jesus L.R. Mateo issued Memorandum DM-PHRODFO-2020-00251 dated August 03, 2020 reiterating the guidelines on Alternative Work Arrangements (AWA) for areas under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) pursuant to DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020. DepEd Regional Office also issued a similar memorandum on August 06, 2020 dated August 03, 2020. The copies of the memoranda are attached hereto as Annexes “A” and “B”, respectively.
3. The aforesaid issuances contain similar provisions reiterating the AWA for areas under MECQ as provided in DepEd Order No. 011, s. 2020 and other related issuances including Office of the President Resolution No. 79 dated August 03, 2020 (released on August 04, 2020). However, Memorandum DM-PHRODFO-2020-00251 of DepEd Central Office required all authorized Head of Offices to issue an office order/memorandum with the names of personnel identified as Skeleton Workforce that will physically report to the office/school/CLC during the MECQ period which is from August 04 to 18, 2020.
4. To comply with this directive, the undersigned formally informs the public of the names of its personnel who will serve as Skeleton Workforce from August 04 to 18, 2020 in the Division Office with their respective schedules for physical reporting (Annex “C”).
