In consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 221, s. 2023 and in preparation for division’s participation in the National Pre-Qualifying Meet and Palarong Pambansa 2023, this office announces the conduct of Regional & National Screening, Medical & Dental Examination and Interview of all Candidate Athletes, Coaches/Asst. Coaches /Chaperons for National Pre-Qualifying Meet and Palarong Pambansa 2023 on May 04, 2023 and May 06, 2023 at 8:00
in the morning at Tagaytay National High School, Tagaytay City, Cavite.
2. The Participants in this activity are Regional/National Screening and Accreditation Committee (RSAC/NSAC) members, Division Sports Officers, select Regional/ Division Medical Officers and all candidate Athletes, Coaches, Asst. Coaches and Chaperons for NPQM and Palarong Pambansa 2023 from school’s division offices. (see attached enclosures 1 and 2)

Departure: 7:00 am from DIHS going to Tagaytay NHS
4:00 pm from TNHS going back to DIHS
B. National Screening & Interview of Athletes/Coaches/Asst. Coaches/Chaperons
Date: May 6, 2023, Saturday ( 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Assembly Time: 6:30 am at DIHS Open Ground
Departure: 7:00 am from DIHS going to Tagaytay NHS
4:00 pm from TNHS going back to DIHS
