1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas announces that the request for the establishment of EDILBERTO S. LEGASPI INTEGRATED HIGH SCHOOL located at Barangay Langkaan I, Dasmariñas City, has been approved by the Regional Office through its authority under Republic Act No. 9155 (The Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001), Republic Act No. 10533 (An Act Enhancing the Philippine Basic Education System by Strengthening Its Curriculum and Increasing the Number of Years for Basic Education, Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes, otherwise known as the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013), and DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2014 ( Establishment, Merging. Conversion and Naming/Renaming of Public Schools, and Separation of Public School Annexes in Basic Education), by virtue of the Regional Special Order No. JHS—A.1-15-004, s. 2020 dated July 27, 2020, having complied with the requirements prescribed by existing guidelines and policies of the Department of Education.
2. . Henceforth, the establishment of the said school will cater the educational needs of the residents of the locality thereby giving opportunities for every school child to pursue basic education.
