1. In line with the policy guidelines on System Assessment in the K to 12 Basic Education Program (DO no. 29, s. 2017), the field is hereby informed that Dasmariñas Elementary School is included in the sample schools to administer the Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA -PLM) for Grade 5 students on February 2019.
2. Enclosed herewith are the pertinent documents to be submitted before October 5, 2018 to fragilyn.rafael@deped.gov.ph.
3. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against downloaded fund from Bureau of Education Assessment subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
