1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 716, s. 2023 titled Division Rollout for Learning Recovery Program in Literacy and Numeracy through School-Based Learning Action Cell, the field is hereby informed of the List of Participants and Program Management Team, enclosed in this memorandum, to attend on March 4-8, 2024, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM at Fynn Boutique Hotel, Bacoor City, Cavite.
2. Travel costs incurred during the in-person participation shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines. Thus, all participants are required to bring and submit DTR and Travel Authority.

4. Other details of the previous Memorandum are still in effect.
