1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 859, s. 0005 re: R4A CALABARZON 2026 Reconfigured Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC), this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, announces the Division Delegation for the R4A CALABARZON 2025 RRSPC on February 2-7 (exclusive of travel time) in Rizal Province.
2. The following enclosures present the list of the regional delegation:
a. Enclosure 1- Top 3 Winners in all individual categories and the members of the composite teams for group categories; Finalists for the Most Outstanding School Paper Advisers, and School Paper Advisers of the school paper contest.
b. Enclosure 2- Select Division Personnel and Division Trainers
3. All delegates are expected to assemble at Dasmarinas II Central School on February 21, 2026 (Saturday), at 6:30 a.m.
4. They are also instructed to bring the following:
a. Beddings
b. Personal Hygiene Kit
c. Personal Medicine Kit
d. School ID
e. Contest ID (To be provided by the delegation team)
f. Clear water bottle
g. White Shirt and Maong Pants for group contest participants
h. School Uniform for Individual Contest
i. Enough number of clothes
