1. Authority is hereby granted to Vanessa R. Barcarse, Public Schools District Supervisor of Cluster II, to conduct a meeting on February 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Langkaan Elementary School.
2. The meeting will focus on the implementation of Project Tara, Batibot.
3. Participants to this meeting shall include Cluster II Elementary and Secondary School Heads, SPTA Presidents, Barangay representatives, and Facility Coordinators of schools in the cluster.
4. Participation in this activity shall be in accordance with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005, titled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and with strict adherence to all other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel expenses incurred by participants attending the face-to-face meeting shall be charged against available local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
