1. Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular Nos. 2 and 16 issued on February 2012 and October 17, 2012, respectively, teaching and non-teaching employees in this Division, as government employees, are entitled to a five-day special emergency leave having been directly affected by natural calamity/ disaster as declared by the Provincial Board of Cavite on January 15, 2020 as provided in Resolution No. 1389-2020.
