1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2020, Adoption of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-2021 in Light of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency which states that the Department shall ensure learning continuity through K-12 curriculum adjustments, alignment of learning materials, learning modalities, training for teachers and school leaders, and orientation of parents or guardians and learners, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through the Curriculum Implementation Division shall conduct the DepEd Dasma Online Learning Space (OLS) Readiness Course for teachers.
2. The DepEd Dasma Online Learning Space (OLS) Readiness Course is an online self-paced workshop designed to equip ODL teachers with knowledge and skills on how they can make use of the different features of this platform in the delivery of their classes.
3. Participants to this activity are ALL OLS teachers in the elementary and secondary level.
4. The OLS Readiness Course will be conducted from September 7-11, 2020 via DepEd Dasma OLS platform with the following schedule matrix.

6. To prepare all the classrooms for this Readiness Course, School ICT Coordinators shall have a meeting on September 3, 2020, Thursday, 9:00AM while Learning Facilitators shall have a briefing on the same date at 1:00PM.
7. Attached in this memorandum are the Suggested Program Matrix, Technical Working Group and the List of Learning Facilitators.
