1. With reference to DepEd Memorandum No. 57, s. 2022 titled 2022 Clustered Assemblies on Responsible Public Sector Unionism of the Department of Education- National Employees’ Union, the field is hereby informed on the Clustered Assemblies on Public Sector Unionism with the theme, Edukalidad: Ating Hangad at Responsibilidad, on August 3-5, 2022, at Baguio Teachers Camp, Baguio City.
2. The Clustered Assembly aims to:
a. strengthen Management- Union relationship toward the attainment of Sulong Edukalidad under the New Normal setting;
b. inform the rank-and-file employees about the various programs and projects of the Department and the DepEd-NEU that are directly affecting them; and
c. determine or identify Management- Union issues and concerns and find ways to resolve the same.
3. Participants to this activity are the Division NEU chapter executives, including but not limited to those occupying positions listed in enclosure.
4. Representatives from the job groups organized under the Department of Education Associations Coordinating Office (DEACO) are enjoined to attend.
5. Attendance to these clustered assemblies shall be on official business.
