1. With reference to DepEd Order No. 30, s. 2022 titled Creation of the DepEd Employees’ Associations Coordinating Office in the Department of Education and DepEd Memorandum on the Request for List of Employee Organizations for DEACO Consultative Fora, the field is hereby informed on the creation of Division DepEd Employees’ Association under the SGOD- Human Resource Development (HRD).
2. In line with DEACO’s launching of Employees Associations Development Framework, Deped Employees’ Associations Coordinating Office will be conducting its Regional Consultative Fora. Given that, the field is requested a list of existing employees’ organization in the division, which includes but is not limited to:
a. formally or informally recognized teacher organizations, non-teaching employees’ association, cooperatives, and unions
b. community groups of teaching or non-teaching employees within the DepEd System that have the potential to formally organize.
3. Enclosed are the DepEd memoranda for references.
4. All organization representatives shall fill out the link www.bit.ly/DEACOdasma for the Division Organizations Mapping.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
