1. This Office disseminates to the field the Regional Memorandum No.225, s. 2023 from the Regional Director re: Implementation of the Blended Learning Delivery Modality (BLM) in Schools Affected by Extreme Climate Condition, for your guidance and information.
2. Moreover, this Office with the Division Validation Team shall ensure that implementation of the policy in schools follow the guidelines and processes stipulated in the DepEd Order No. 37, s. 2022.
3. Attached in this Memorandum is the copy of Regional Memorandum No. 225, s. 2023 and the Division Validation Team. The schools are expected to accomplish the attached checklist to be validated by the team.
