1. Pursuant to Department of Education Memorandum PAS-D-2024-003 (Annex A) reiterating the request of the Public Affairs Service (PAS) to swiftly and accurately report various cases and incidents occurring in the field, all designated School Information Coordinators are directed to provide incident reports whenever cases, as enumerated in the Memorandum, occur in their respective schools.

2. The spot reports made, containing the initial or brief information on the case, shall be forwarded/ submitted to the PAS through the established Messenger group chat.

Thereafter, the full incident report shall be submitted to the Division Information Officer (DIO), who will compile and send the reports to the DIO Facebook Messenger Group and to the Media Relations Unit of PAS.
